This stunning Adirondack-style home offers the ultimate getaway experience for families and friends. With 5 spacious bedrooms and 3-1/2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Located in the Suissevale community, you enjoy access to a large shared sandy beach and the inviting waters of Lake Winnipesaukee. The beautiful and spacious beach, with a gazebo, swim area, volleyball court, fishing lagoon, picnic tables, and grills, is just a short drive away - just a half mile to the beach! The Suissevale clubhouse, located nearby, offers tennis courts, basketball, and a playground.

You'll be amazed by the high-end appliances that are fitted throughout the kitchen of this home, making it a breeze to cook up a storm. At the beverage bar, use one of the two coffee makers for your morning cup of coffee, put the blender to work making smoothies and slushies for the day’s adventures, and stop back in the evening for that bottle of wine you chilled in the wine fridge. The main level has a half bath with laundry, and access to the garage - one bay of the garage is available to guests for parking.

As you enter the great room, you'll be greeted by a beautiful stone fireplace that serves as the focal point for the main level. This warm and inviting space is perfect for gatherings and enjoying quality time with loved ones. When it's time to relax and unwind, head to the primary suite off the great room, where you’ll find a comfortable king bed and well-appointed en-suite bath. The rest of the family can choose from one king, one queen or one double twin bedroom on the upper level, or a queen bedroom on the lower level.

The lower level features a game room with a ping pong table, dart board, and plenty of board games, making it the perfect place for a friendly competition, or a relaxing place to gather and watch your favorite streaming TV shows in front of the cozy electric fireplace.

Step outside and enjoy the fresh air on the deck or enclosed porch, both of which are perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. If you're looking to swap stories and tall tales, gather around the fire pit in the yard below.

The Suissevale Association does not allow tenant use of the association beach on Saturdays. Instead, the property owner will provide a beach pass to the nearby State's Landing Beach for guest use, where parking is available.
