Point House offers a breathtaking 180-degree view of the lake and surrounding mountains, providing an ideal backdrop for rest and relaxation. This spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath waterfront home features an open-concept living and dining area with soaring cathedral ceilings and a stunning stone fireplace. The kitchen offers all the conveniences you'll need, including a breakfast bar to gather around while making meals for the group. The space seamlessly flows onto a large wraparound deck, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings. An oversized screened porch offers additional space to unwind while overlooking a private, sandy beach and a sizable dock that can accommodate a boat up to 24 feet.

The main level is where you’ll find the primary suite with a king bed, views of the lake, and access to the deck through a slider. The ensuite features a double sink and stand-up shower. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom awaits with two beds, one queen and one twin. A full bath completes the private setup. The lower level features three additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a twin bed, one with a full and a twin bed, and the third offering a bunk room setup - three sets of bunks and a queen bed. The lower level also includes a full bath with a jetted tub and washer/dryer for your convenience.

The lower level rec room is probably where everyone will spend much of their time. There's ample seating, another stone fireplace (gas), a TV, a ping-pong table, and a refrigerator for added convenience. There's easy access to the outdoors through the two sets of sliders.

With so many amenities your group is sure to enjoy time spent at the lake! And don't leave your favorite pup at home, they can join you too with owner approval. A pet fee of $175 per dog applies, up to two dogs.

If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $350. Towel packages are $12 per person and include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.
