Private, pet friendly, 4-bedroom home located on Blackey’s Cove on Lake Winnipesaukee. This is the perfect choice for your vacation to relax, unwind and rejuvenate.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 14 people. The maximum number of vehicles allowed is 4.

The main floor of this home was designed with a beautifully appointed gourmet kitchen, dishwasher and regular style coffee maker along with an open concept, eat-in dining area. The spacious living room boasts with cathedral ceilings, an incredibly crafted stone fireplace (not for guest use), and a one-of-a kind moose antler chandelier. Step out from the kitchen onto the mahogany wood deck, where you can comfortably sit, slowly sip your coffee and enjoy the lake while you eat your breakfast, brunch or lunch in the fresh lake and mountain air. There is also easy access to a half bathroom on this level. The primary bedroom is also located on the main level with en-suite, king bed, gas fireplace, and sliding doors that open to your own private screen porch. This home also offers central air-conditioning throughout, and wireless internet. This homes water source is a well and is perfectly suitable for drinking, bathing and cooking.

Upstairs are two additional bedrooms each with their own bathroom. One bedroom offers a queen size bed and a pullout twin sofa chair, and the other bedroom also offers a queen size bed, plus a twin bed with a trundle underneath.
On the lower level there is a spacious living area with a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping and a beautiful bar area (please note there is no ice-maker available in this area), pool table with access to the walk-out patio and outdoor kitchen. There is a ¾ bathroom on this level as well as the washer and dryer.

There is a two-car garage, with additional living space in the guest quarters above. This is a perfect choice for your guests who might desire a little of their own privacy. There is a private bedroom with a queen size bed. There is also a ¾ bathroom. In the living area there is a full-size sleeper sofa and there is plenty of room in the eat-in kitchen. *Please note that the appliances in this space are not hooked up and are not available for guests use*, please plan accordingly for all your cooking and meal needs.

For rainy day recreation or just a break from the sun, explore the beautiful on-site barn, equipped with fun for the whole group. Brush up on your ping pong skills or enter a friendly game of foosball or air hockey.

Find solace outdoors during your stay, while making memories around the firepit, cooking up your favorite creation of homemade pizza in the outside brick-oven, or enjoy a backyard grill session on the recently updated outdoor kitchen.

Bring your boat or rent one from one of the many local marinas in the area. The dock is 26’ and can accommodate up to, two boats. There is a ladder off the dock for easy water access. From the yard there is also access to the water with 3 gradual steps. Don’t forget to make your way out to the swim raft for some restful sunbathing during your summer stay.
