Designed specifically for VRBO family getaways and ideally suited for up to 6 guests, who will enjoy well-equipped and beautifully decorated rooms plus a large water's edge porch overlooking the sloped sandy beach and peaceful cove. This historic Winnipesaukee cabin has just undergone a complete remodel to include updating the entire interior and exterior of the property. Each bedroom features a modern wall-mounted LED TV, high-end pillow-top mattress, air conditioning in each room, bedside power outlets/USB power and other high-end ammenities. The updated galley-style kitchen has a new stainless-steel refrigerator, new stainless electric range. Just outside the kitchen is a fully equipped wet bar area with unique high capacity commercial 'clear ice' maker and reverse osmosis water supply. Water for the property is supplied by a brand new deep water artisian well. Your comfort during hot, humid days is assured with four temperature-controlled air conditioners. The great room features a vaulted ceiling, large leather seating, a six-person dining table, and large flat-screen TV mounted over the historic fieldstone fireplace. Bring your own power boat, or rent locally and use our 40’ cedar decked, aluminum dock that can accommodate up to a 30’ boat.

Our large, gently sloping sandy beach is fully equipped with lounge chairs, end tables, and a fire pit.

This property has been exclusively designed for weekly luxury vacation rentals. It has never been and never will be used for permanent residents, nor does the owner ever live in the property. As such, the property is guaranteed to be available for guests who would like to return each year, as many of our guests do.

Our calendar is accurate. This property is available for full-week rentals only during the summer. Weekends and partial weeks are available during the off-season as indicated in our rate schedule. We DO NOT accommodate functions or events on the property of any sort (weddings, large reunions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, groups larger than 6 people, etc..) as this property is in a residential neighborhood with full-time residents on both sides of the property. To our guests: we have a doorbell camera and backyard camera that are used for security and emergency response purposes - we do not record video from either device.
