“I booked and paid a premium rate specifically for a Room with a Balcony. Upon arrival, your property failed to provide this category of accommodation, resulting in a severe downgrade and a complete breach of the booking agreement. Instead of the booked room, I was assigned to Room 101. Front desk staff attempted to assure me that this was a "Level One" room. However, the physical reality of the room contradicted this description entirely: No Balcony: The room completely lacked the balcony...

“We chose to stay here based off all the good reviews it had. I’m not really sure why it got so many good reviews other than for it being located on Main Street. The room didn’t feel super clean and the bed was so uncomfortable we hardly slept. The continental breakfast was a joke. There was hardly anything but cereal and some sketchy boiled eggs to choose from.”

“We ended up not staying the night. There was no on site staff. The room was cold, you couldn’t adjust the temperature. The bathroom door didn’t close. The water was ice cold, even after running for 10 or so minutes, as the contact person told us to do. We booked the room with the hot tub, which wasn’t usable, so they put us in a room with a jacuzzi tub, not the same thing. Lastly there was a fitted sheet on the bed, but no top sheet under the comforter, which didn’t feel like luxury bedding as...
