The indoor pool was broken & we didn't find this out until we checked in. The website has hot tub mentioned as an amenity along with the pool. The hot tubs are only available as a room option, not in an open area. The elevator takes minutes to arrive & there is only one for the entire hotel, we were on the fourth floor so walking wasn't the best option. Hot water took 4-5 minutes to make it to the shower. One day our room wasn't cleaned and we didn't have a do not disturb on the door, so we didn't get towels & wash clothes & had to get them from the front desk. We have a joining room & was woke up the first night at 2AM with the occupants being so loud we had to call the front desk & have them come up & ask them to be quiet. The other nights we heard music from the adjoining room or the TV until after midnight. Not real loud but like there was nothing to keep the noise from passing right to our room.
