This modern, newly built home boasts a spacious living room and three inviting bedrooms. Thoughtfully designed with impeccable taste, each room features artisan décor and original artwork. Every detail reflects a commitment to craftsmanship and style, offering you a unique and memorable retreat!

Cozy up in the living room on the modern style sofa to watch your favorite movie on the large smart TV with Netflix. A large assortment of books and board games are provided as an invitation to unplug and spend quality time with your loved ones.

The kitchen is fully equipped with quality cookware, tableware, baking utensils, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, an electric hand mixer, and everything else you need to create healthy and delicious meals.

The home has three bedrooms. The master suite features a comfy king bed with 100% cotton luxury linen for your comfort. A wall mounted TV, desk, sofa are provided in the master suite as well for your convenience. A work desk is setup inside the master suite with high speed Wi-Fi for your work needs.

The second and third bedrooms each offer queen beds topped with 100% cotton luxury linen and down pillows. They share a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower head, along with plenty of fluffy towels and quality amenities.

Our home is just 10 minutes from JMU Stadium, making it the perfect stay for sports fans and event attendees. Enjoy a convenient location with easy access to game days, campus activities, and local dining—ideal for a hassle-free and comfortable stay.

There are plenty of activities/attractions around that you can enjoy. The home is a 5 minutes drive from golf course, 15 minutes from Massanutten Resort, 25 minutes from Shenandoah National Park, and very close to local wineries and breweries, horse riding, river etc.

We have tried not to overlook any space in the house and I'm sure you will find that it is full of thoughtful touches to make your stay a special and memorable experience.

Families with children are absolutely welcome, but the home is not 100% child-proofed. Please supervise your children.

Just a heads up, being surrounded by nature means you might encounter some bugs, critters, and furry friends, especially in the warmer months. While it's all part of the rustic charm, we want to make sure you're prepared. Even with caution, a few bugs might sneak in, so let's work together to keep them at bay.
