“The Inn on Mount Desert was perfect for our stay in Bar Harbor. The Inn was very beautiful with a beautiful garden and lots of outdoor seating options to enjoy nice weather. The breakfast was fresh and made to order every morning with a variety of options as well as things like breads, bagels, and cereal along with coffee and orange juice. “This property is very accurate from the photos, had a very easy check in process, and was very warm (which is crucial for this last stretch of winter). The living room was a cozy spot to watch some of our favorite movies, as well as a nice kitchen to drink coffee in and talk about the day. As for the bedroom, the bed was comfy and the heater was our best friend, as it never failed to make us warm after we ventured out into the foggy Bar Harbor area. “This is the PERFECT house for a bigger group. We had 13 people (4 families) and we all had our own ample space in the house. Plenty of bathrooms. It was extremely well-equipped. The owners truly thought of everything for all age groups. We had a 19-month old all the way up to a 70 year old, and everyone had everything they needed. Very cute with tons of character. The best setting for our family vacation.”
