The Hostess Liz is the most incredible, caring and amazing person. The goal is to make our stay spectacular and divine. There is anything and everything that anyone could need or want. The cottage is a definite WOW! Beautiful and unique furnishings and decor that are stunning!The Art, the handmade pottery is unmatched! To think that someone made all of those gorgeous and perfect dishes, cups, and kitchen wares..wowJust book it. This property is fun personified! If you are looking for a unique experience steeped in history and funky art, this is your cottage. The host, Liz, could not be more personable, welcoming and gracious. She is a tremendous ambassador for the town of Mt. Dora and makes you feel like family during your stay. 15/10! A definite future stay with more time to spend exploring the fabulous Mt. Dora!

The Wow Cottage definitely WOWED us. The cottage was immaculate inside and out and had many wonderful surprises waiting for us. We have stayed at other properties and by far this was the best experience we’ve had with Vrbo. I would highly recommend this property!! If you want to plan an amazing trip to Mount Dora, FL , it's a must to book The WOW Cottage!! I booked this charming little cottage for our girls weekend. Boy, we were "WOWED"!!!! So many little treasures, sweet whimsical art all over the cottage. We arrived at nightfall and was blown away, then morning came... oh my goodness!! Even though the cottage is from the 20's, it is a modern and updated as it is old and full of charm. Only a 15 minute walk from downtown, made the location perfect.Our host Liz is amazing!!! She recommended some local restaurants and shops. She sent very thorough check in / check out instructions, she checked in on us the day of our arrival (she ironed the sheets!!!). Our host left us with surprises to enjoy during our stay, and left a wonderful impression on us when we left. So much so, my husband and I have already booked one of her other properties!!!! Liz is by far the best host I have encountered since using VRBO.... Thank you Liz and Lee Renee' Cooper

Our stay at WOW Cottage started out wonderful before we even arrived in Mount Dora!! Liz and Lee shared so many useful tips for adding extra fun to our weekend there. We were able to add so many worthwhile things to our itinerary. The Cottage itself was beyond our expectations! It was like a hands on museum of so many artifacts and the like. Many brought back memories of yesteryear. To say too much more would ruin the surprise that awaits you, the next renter.

Mt. Dora craft fair

This cottage is amazing! Beautiful, clean, great location. The cottage has everything in the kitchen you could need. The beds are so comfortable.
