All staff whom I have interacted with (from check in, dining, museum, and the simulation experience) provide exceptional service! Most staff speak good English.

“The hotel is located in a walkable distance from Fuji JR station (8-10mins). The room is spacious which has two double beds and a small dining table. Washroom is bright and spacious too. "The staff was not shy of attempting to utilize English while helping foreign visitors, which was a great help when my Japanese couldn't help. The staff working in the restaurant, both during breakfast and dinner, were incredibly helpful, kind, and forthcoming when trying to converse. The homely feel of the room could be felt by these staff members, making the stay feel cozy throughout. Not only was the staff kind, but the elegance and taste of the food elevated the experience by miles. Thank you so much for the experience."
