The room was very nice and I was cheerfully given a harbor view room upon request, the facilities were clean, staff was friendly and the food was excellent. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of choices and quality food. Nice bar with a good menu. Conveniently located within close walking distance to downtown, one doesn’t require a car to visit the town. Overall, a top shelf stay. ”

“My wife and I spent 3 nights at The Chocolate Box. We had the entire cottage, which included 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen , living room and a washing machine. It was an extremely peaceful and relaxing stay. It was so quiet as well. The location is perfect for day trips to Cork and Cobh, as well as the Ring of Kerry. Lidl was only a 10 minute drive away ”
