“Innkeeper is friendly and the place was fairly clean. Lovely to have coffee and complimentary breakfast on site. Rooms (especially the bathrooms and baseboard heaters) are somewhat dated and could use a refresh. Visited during a chilly time of the year and thermostat was tricky to operate. Heat was set not to go above 75 degrees, which was less than ideal.”

The bed was a bit soft for our taste, but comfortable. There was no place to hang clothes, but there was plenty of drawer space in the bureau and bed stands. “Beds were comfy and definitely a big space at a good price for a few people. Was concerned with cleanliness though as there were stains underneath the comforters. Curtains also need to be longer/ blacked out to totally block out the bright lights that glow all night right outside the window. In addition, the windows in the bedroom couldn’t open properly, only the top. And they couldn’t lock, so kind of a safety concern. Heat didn’t work the first night but worked the second day/ night. “Older strip type motel. That said room was clean and bed was comfortable. It was good for a couple of days that I stayed. No breakfast available at motel though they did give me a discount coupon to bar/resturant next door. ”

“The staff were very polite and helpful. But the property was under construction, so you had to walk over a block to your car and park it or you can do a valet that was never present? From what I was told from other people that were staying there is that the place I’ve been under construction for a couple years now that was not advertise that was going on so it was kind of frustrating.”

“I spilled an ENTIRE cup of cocoa I was making for my niece. The clerk on was a very kind, friendly young man named Paul. I have worked as a chef for 30 years, the cocoa went EVERYWHERE. He got a mop bucket , I started cleaning my mess up I just know what its like to walk into a mess!! Left by someone else. Paul said "you dont have to finish, ill do it no problem. He was a VERY kind young man. And he was helpful & he cleaned up the rest of the spill. I think your LUCKY to have such kind...

“It is set off the road in the woods. Beautiful grounds with places to sit outside and relax. The rooms are big , clean, have full kitchens, and comfy beds. The magic coffee machine in the lobby makes great coffee for free and is always open to use. The pool is large and great and the outdoor hot tub was great too. The folks at the desk are fantastic! Not one thing to not like!”

“Absolutely lovely. Clean! New carpet. Fridge and microwave. Comfy bed. Ground floor only and park right in front of the door-a must for those with physical issues. Great owner! Just a great visit. Will be gifting my son md his wife a trip to the area with williamstown Motel to stay.”
