âWe stayed in the newly renovated cottage âWhite Houseâ which is very spacious and clean with fully equipped kitchen. My daughter loves the chicken coop and small vegetable garden behind the cottage. The owner and staff were very friendly and treated us very nicely! The area is a bit remote and away from the town center with limited dinning options. If we come back again we will likely stay in the inn which is the main house with lots of interesting artifacts and also the benefit of homemade...
âNice hotel with a great restaurant. You know its good when parking is full because its being used by so many not staying at the hotel. We had dinner and breakfast there and enjoyed both meals. The room was nice but the hotel does not have an elevator so bring too much that you can't carry up the stairs. â
âThis place was great. The staff were always friendly and helpful, the water park and all other things to do were always clean and enjoyable. There were always activities for kids to do as well. Overall a great time!!!â
âOur stay was such a wonderful experience! We will definitely be back if our child goes to Houghton and the Inn was the first part of the experience that made us love our visit to the college. Everything was clean, comfortable and made you feel like you were family. Highly recommend! I would also book directly next time, you can get the same rate by going direct. â

âIt was a cute little motel; only 5 rooms but our room was clean and (mostly) quiet. The walls are a little thin so if you want absolute privacy it might not be too your taste, but it was fine for our needs- sleep after an evening dinner/ bridal shower. There is no staff to speak of, only a check in girl that also works at the ice cream shop directly in front of the motel. And you need to look for the shop because the signage for the motel is not large and was hidden a bit behind tree branches-...
âIf youâre thinking about staying hereâŠ. Do it, itâs perfect, so relaxing, the accommodation is gorgeous and sitting on a morning with a cup of coffee watching the horses, listening to the chickens and then the goats come along to visit. I only wish I had booked a longer stay than two nights â
âQuaint quiet house. Great communication with the owner who reached out prior to the stay. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Easy parking.
Breakfast included was couple blocks just up the street. Wonderful local coffee, pastries, breakfast sandwiches. Locally produced maple syrup, cards available. â
