âThe place was freezing! Following the directions to use the heaters was only successful on a couple of the units. Most of them just sat at the minimum heat levels. NONE of the TVs worked or at least didn't have any service. There were NO directions on how to use them, and many tries with both remotes resulted only in frustration. Someone left the window open in the main bathroom until we got there...don't know why. The ceiling in one of the rooms was coming down, and there were cracks in...
