HIGHLY recommend the Koala experience, the Ultimate Penfold's Experience, and the RM Williams Experience (was unexpectedly AWESOME!!). Food was outstanding and the staff was super friendly. “Get me right guys - Thos Hotel does not compare with five star hotels in big cities like Singapore, HongKong or London... BUT In the Mount Ruapehu region this is a good as it gets - Excellent service quality, polite and correct staff, good room quality... etc... - The only thing we could ask for on top of everything else delievered would be a breakfast-buffet. But this is most certainly a "margin comment".... .... All-in-all, This is a good as it gets in the Mount Ruapehu area... :-)”
