“Get me right guys - Thos Hotel does not compare with five star hotels in big cities like Singapore, HongKong or London... BUT In the Mount Ruapehu region this is a good as it gets - Excellent service quality, polite and correct staff, good room quality... etc...
- The only thing we could ask for on top of everything else delievered would be a breakfast-buffet. But this is most certainly a "margin comment"....
.... All-in-all, This is a good as it gets in the Mount Ruapehu area... :-)”
“The staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room tidy. The location was great, right in Turangi township and close to a lot of great activities.”
“Check was easy and early. Kind gentleman at the front desk couldn’t be more helpful and lovely . Wonderful experience. Superb location . Definitely staying next time we plan to visit this snow .”
“Magnifique lodge dans un endroit calme et préservé avec un accueil très chaleureux et un couple d’hôtes très à l’écoute et rempli de bienveillance. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. ”
