“Had to share a kitchen neighbours even though I paid over $250 including insurance and what was still worse, the breakfast was very cold and butter was too solid like ice because they prepared it previous freezing night at 8pm.”

“Get me right guys - Thos Hotel does not compare with five star hotels in big cities like Singapore, HongKong or London... BUT In the Mount Ruapehu region this is a good as it gets - Excellent service quality, polite and correct staff, good room quality... etc...
- The only thing we could ask for on top of everything else delievered would be a breakfast-buffet. But this is most certainly a "margin comment"....
