“We had a wonderful stay here. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a bed that made it easy to get a proper night's sleep. The views were the real highlight”
“Everything you need, and nothing you don't. The rooms were very cosy even though it was freezing outside. This was a great little stay for our family of four. Only gripes would be the mattresses were old and tired so you could feel the springs and they bounced around a lot, and the wardrobe in the bedroom would be a lot more useful if it was replaced with shelves or a chest of drawers. Would recommend this place again though despite these things.”
“Get me right guys - Thos Hotel does not compare with five star hotels in big cities like Singapore, HongKong or London... BUT In the Mount Ruapehu region this is a good as it gets - Excellent service quality, polite and correct staff, good room quality... etc...
- The only thing we could ask for on top of everything else delievered would be a breakfast-buffet. But this is most certainly a "margin comment"....
