âIt was our first time in Wadi Rum and we were a bit nervous about going into the middle of the desert with a stranger. However, Atallah immediately put us at ease and we had some tea and spoke with him. Then we took a jeep into the middle of the desert. I have never been surrounded by such silence, such stillness, and such beauty. It was really magical and I definitely recommend this experience to anyone.â
