“We will definitely return to the Hideaway! We got a text before arrival with our room number and code which was very convenient. The hotel is warm and cozy and beautifully decorated. There is neat stuff to look at everywhere. The 3 floors of common spaces were really cool with a lot to offer, like a water bottle filler and coffee maker. It could use to be cleaned a little more often. When we arrived, the playroom had toys all over the floor and there were sticky drink marks on the bar and crumbs...
“We returned to this place on a quick 2-day/last minute get away. Owner is new from last time. Nice people; helpful and made a very good breakfast. Only issue we really had was the plumbing. Our room had some kind of venting issue with the sink/toilet/shower. Toilet bubbled and would go down at times; sink would go slow/stop at times; shower also stopped up and went down very slow. Told the owner about it and hopefully they can get it fixed. But overall, pleasant stay.”
“25 Mountain View Loop is an amazing house! Doug and Rose are exceptional hosts, very responsive from the beginning of our trip to the end. The house was stocked with everything we needed, we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing, and the game room was a lot of fun. Thank you! We will be back!”
“This is one of our favorite places to hang out post skiing. Plenty of options for fun with the hot tub, Nintendo, pac man and a large dining table to play games at. The property is always ready for us when we arrive and driveway nicely plowed. ”
“Even though we only stayed for one night as it was a stop over stay on our way to Acadia, this house was perfect. We were with our kids and grandkids, and I can’t tell you how many times so we commented that this would be a great house to spend more time in. The house had everything we needed, and was close to the restaurants and shopping that we needed for the evening. I would, without reservation, recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a fabulous house in which to spend some time.”
“Overall our group had a great time! I would definitely stay here again in the future.A couple things I would want to know as a guest:-the dish soap was empty, sponge was quite gross--we ended up buying our own-the pots were scraped up and seemingly dirty (maybe from metal utensils?) so we bought a cheap pot-low on toilet paper--we ran out the morning we leftTo be fair we didn't bother the host with these issues as they had simple solutions, and the host was very responsive”
