I also didn't an ironing board or iron but this might be available at the front desk, I didn't ask as I didn't need it. There was no coffee maker or kettle in the room. 2 bottles of water were provided and a mini fridge. The staff mentioned there was a Tims...

“Our first room had a moldy hockey bag smell, was moved with no issues to a newer renovated room. The hot water only lasted a few minutes as well. Breakfast was good.”

“The building looks/feels "old." Although clean, it's obviously getting long in the tooth. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. The door to our room needed a good hip/shoulder shove to open and shut. It had no plug-ins for internet/phone cables. The TV remote batteries died after an hour. One floor had a non-functioning ice-maker, and the other had nothing. The complementary breakfast was adequate, but the egg selections in the chafing dish were cold.”

“We loved the pool and the easy access to the water toys like kayaks and paddle boards. They supplied the life jackets which was helpful and supplied all the linens, towels and even provided soap and shampoo. It is a beautiful firepit and nice sandy volleyball pit. There isn’t swimming off the dock, as the water is full of reeds but the water is clean and lots of opportunities to go out into deeper water to swim. We loved it!”

“A very nice room but the finish on the bathtub was starting to come off so it didn't look clean and the water may have made the rust spots down near the drain. The edges of the desk had becomes sticky you to the tape that had been adhered to all of the corners possibly to avoid scratching. It was clean but it didn't feel clean. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the staff went above and beyond.”

“The restaurant was closed for renovations but no mention of that on the website so there was also no "full buffet breakfast". The games room was also closed for renovations. Also not mentioned in the website. No change in room price. When I commented to the staff that the pool and games room was why I came with my young kids and wouldn't have booked otherwise, they said "we just work here, take it up with mgmt" but mgmt isn't on the property to talk to. And that was after the one rep had to ask...
