“When we walked in the front door, the entry and lobby smelled so good - EVERY day. Our room and bathroom were very clean. AC was wonderful. Room was spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Christina at the front desk was always warm, friendly, cheerful and helpful- no matter the time of day. She is a HUGE plus to this location. “The front desk clerk was good and nice. But let me tell ya the manager Chelsie tomblin was useless. Her front desk clerk let her know that her hotel was out of laundry supplies and nothing was done. I went and got my own. Just to come back to find out they had no quarters. Then the front desk clerk asks permission to get change and she told him NO. She said I needed to leave again and get my own change at a different business. The hotel was out of towel and I had to keep asking for pool...

“I liked the fact that everyone was very respectful and polite. And that when it was time to checkout the house keepers weren't rude or snappy. And when I needed extra towels, I just had to call the front desk and then someone brought them to my room.”

“Several reviews raved about breakfast. Assorted breads from Walmart. A high school student made a waffle, took one bite, and tossed it. The following were marked ‘Out of order’: 1st floor women’s room, 2nd floor ice machine, and something else. Black mold on ice machine. Lobby not mopped 3 days. Footprints on walls in elevator. Miscellaneous stain on mattress in room. Dirty dishes in lobby 3 days. Hallways smelled of pot. Overall should have spent the extra $20 for someplace else.”

“We were disappointed the pool was closed for our entire stay but nothing was done to compensate for the closure, we weren't made aware it was closed until after check in. A few Hilton Honors points or a discounted room rate would have been nice. The rooms are very basic not a lot of sitting to visit with friends without being right out front with everyone else.
