âBeautiful setting BUT bedding was FILTHY! Looked like human feces. Called front desk & it took 90 minutes for clean bedding. We were expected to change linens ourselves. We are 79 & 80 years old & refused to do that. Teenage males âtriedâ their best to make the bed. By 11:00PM, we were too tired to complain any longer.â

âThis in was such an unexpected find. From the outside it looks like an old fashioned roadside motel but theyâve done a beautiful renovation / upgrade and the rooms are spacious and modern with nice touches like healthy snacks , a good coffee machine, noise machine , super comfy bed. Bathtub is always a nice plus. Second surprise is that breakfast is all homemade and delicious. I mentioned on the phone that a family member has a dairy allergy, and there were 2 dairy free homemade baked goods...
âAbsolutely loved every part of my stay at Hotel North. Parking was so easy and safe. The Hotel is decorated so tastefully, the staff was so welcoming. When I stepped into my room, I felt I had walked into a soothing refuge. Your decorators knew just how to balance the aesthetics with furnishings, art work, etc. Every detail was perfect - the room temperature, the comfortable bed, the quietness, etc. I will definitely recommend the Hotel North to anyone traveling to the Pittsfield area. âThe friendly owner checked me in and the facilities manager was speedy when I requested an extra towel. I appreciated the local restaurant recommendations.
Itâs not fancy/upscale but the room was clean and a nice size, with desk and nightstand. I appreciated the fridge with a legit freezer section and the microwave. The beds were super comfortable and it was quiet.
We stayed again several days later when we were passing through and had another really good experience. Great place to stay!â
