“Quaint and best stay”

“The housekeeping, restaurant and room services are pathetic. You call them multiple times they will not pick the phone. Their food is overpriced and not upto the mark. They take a lot of time in food preparation and also their free breakfast is same everyday. They will provide very basic south indian breakfast. The area around the resort is good but the resort is overpriced and the overall services are not good.”

“Excellent service and very peaceful location, even though slightly steep last few 100 yards for the car. Nice view from the room and property in general. Staff and cook are very very polite. Rooms were clean and organized. Bathrooms were also clean, although slightly wet after they clean (hosts can perhaps look into this and ensure bathrooms are wiped after cleaning). This was only reason for for a 4-star rating on “rooms” (instead of 5-star rating).”

“Wonderful stay with the best crew working around the clock for good food and for any other help. We will definitely be back, owner is also a nice person when she came , she said hi to us and ensured our stay was pleasant. The crew, Ragu, Siva, Raja and Ramesh are so polite and humble and helpful. ”

“I had booked this room for my father . When they reqched the hotel, the caretaker told him that no payment or booking had been received. After my dad showed the reciept and payment, the manager turned up about half an hour later . They told my father that a room wasn't available and asked my father for a 1000 Rs deposit for another room. My dad refused to pay any further sum, and informed them that if they did not arrange another room or refund the paid amount he would apporach the police . They...

“One of the worst experiences in our travel life. Check in at 2 pm. The place was not ready until 6 pm. The sheets were dirty and we have to have them change after we checked in. The booking says that we get to Occupy the entire place. in the middle of the right 4 guys showed up and checked in tomineof the rooms in the house. We felt very unsafe. We only got one bath towel which is worn down. No toiletries. After 15 minutes of argument we got two extra kitchen towel as wash cloth. We booked for 4...
