âWe had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mountainbrook and enjoyed everything about it. All the staff were so accommodating and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and clean. A quiet, beautiful setting and Breakfast was excellent. We look forward to coming back!

âKaatskill Mountain Club is a wonderful hotel. The pool is lovely and the amenities and the staff are great. There are two things I would suggest that would make the customerâs stay more comfortable. The first one is providing a mini refrigerator in the studio units. That would be most helpful. Secondly is installing at least one handle bar in the shower stall for customers who have balance/mobility issues. That said I have recommended this facility to my family and friends. âLaureen was very hospitable. She accomodated us every step of the way. There were clean sheets, comforters, pillows and sets of towels arranged in the room. The bathroom was also clean and there was hot water. Laureen checked in on us to see how we slept and if our needs were met. She made a delicious hot breakfast consisting of blueberry pancakes and eggs how we like them served with tea, coffee or water. âWhat I like about the property that is was a beautiful area to recharge and refresh your mind, getting away from the city side was soo peaceful I would recommend going back again. The thing I donât like the cabin that I was staying the stovetop wasnât working to itâs full potential but it worked for the time being overall my experience was amazing. â
âWe enjoyed the convenience and walkability. Downtown Woodstock is about a 10 to 15 minute easy walk to shops and eateries. We stayed in the King Suite, a 2nd floor lodging that was clean, spacious and included pretty much all you need for a stay (games, books, kitchenette, toaster oven, pots, pans, hair dryer, mini fridge, plenty of blankets and towels). We had quick responses from the Ipad concierge and website chat for any questions. Thanks for a relaxing stay! â
