“A little gem in Silicon Valley. Great amenities (huge flat screen TV with accessible HDMI input, Japanese toilet, rain shower head, etc.), exclusive bed linen (waaay better than what you get at Hampton/Holiday Inn/Courtyard by M) and friendly and helpful staff.”

“When we arrived the 1 elevator was broken and we were put on the 3rd floor. The hotel was relatively empty and no offer to relocate or for any perks due to inconvenience. They were also in the middle of a remodel so the parking lot was littered with discarded items from furniture to windows”
