“This was a beautiful property and located pretty close to a beautiful river that we spent alot of our time in. The porches were very accomodating and the kitchen space was spectacular. Overall one of our best stays. The property management was also very accomodating for such a last minute set-up.
My only con: The upstairs was pretty hot. There are some window units and it was pretty hot outside and we did not compain during our stay. I'm sure their are ways the property management can fix this...
“The resort itself was wonderful. We had two issues. The coffee pot was not working properly and they had a brand new one brought in less than an hour. Our water heater stopped working and within 10 minutes someone was there, diagnosed the problem as a blown fuse and it was fixed. We will be staying there again for sure! Our new favorite spot when going to Dollywood!”
