Hotell nära Mt. Pleasant Sports Park

“Would have been nice to be able to go to the pool until 10pm”

“We always enjoy our stay here and the Waterpark is amazing! Lots of amenities close by and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Great, clean place to stay overall!”

“Breakfast was more and better than expected”

“had a short stay so couldn't access the breakfast, no onsite restaurant, no water filling station,”

“The staff was very helpful! We had a suite where we could get together as a family. There were 10 of us and there was adequate seating. Some suggestions would be to change the carpet in the suite, it was quite stained. Maybe add some dish soap and a cloth, a few dishes.”

“Breakfast wasn’t good”

“The staff were fabulous. Excellent service. Quick response time.”

“no complaints”

“We were not aware until after checked in at the hotel that the swimming pool is under construction since 6 months ago. Traveling with kids, we always like to enjoy and relax in the pool after a long day. Expedia showing the pool and hot tub in the hotel photos when we make the booking, there is no sign or document inform me that the hotel's pool is not available. Otherwise I would have book another place. I am disappointed for the misleading information from Expedia. And I disagree Expedia...

“There was some trash in the sofa from previous guests. The staff was amazing”

“Exterior of hotel was clean as well as lobby. Our room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, dirty floors, unclean sheets.”

“Staff”

“I was a bit disappointed that the hot tub was not running Also, the phones only call the front desk And there was no breakfast included other than that, I have no complaints”
