âThe toilette was not cleaned during my stay... The cleaner ringed on my door, despite I had "Do not distrurb" sign activated. Then she ran though the room, giving it a 3 minutes "fresh-up, leaving the toilette untouched.
Further, I donÂŽt understand why the sauna closes already at 20.00 ?!? Normally, at other hotels, it is open until at least 22.00, and it is quite nice to have a sauna after a dinner before sleeping...â

Only minus is that it appears close to the airport but its not walkable. The shuttle service from the hotel didnt match early flights so we needed to take a taxi anyway.â

âOverall a great stay. The staff is exceptionally polite and helpful. Shoutout to the kind cleaning lady who helped us plan our trip to Man Mo Miu! The only thing they can improve upon is by making all facilities available 24/7. For example, no one answers the housekeeping/reception phone lines after 10pm and the cafe/restaurant downstairs closes at night so it's difficult to get all day in-room service (so plan accordingly!). The location is also in a very quiet neighborhood and about 5-10...
âDirty towels with stains, bedlinen with stains and noone to clean or change. The security guard came with the bedsheet and I had to change myself, because it was after 21.00.
Mold stains on the walls all around the bed, string smoke and pee smell. It used to be good, now itâs totally run down.â

"Very nice staff and the rooms where very nice but there were some rough spots. Some damaged parts in the bathroom and some wear and tear on the walls other than that very good hotel"

After staying at five different hotels across Japan, we were truly looking forward to settling into The Langham â and it didnât disappoint. We were even offered an upgrade at a reduced price, and we happily paid the extra â it was absolutely worth it!
From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The concierge team and the check-in process made us feel genuinely welcomed.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The iconic Langham bed lived up to its reputation â we slept like royalty. Housekeeping maintained the room beautifully each day, even replacing the disposable toothbrushes daily (though we wouldâve been fine using the same ones for all eight nights).
Room service was also a treat, offering a variety of delicious dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed.
This is without a doubt a hotel weâll return to. The location is unbeatable, and the overall experience was nothing short of excellent."
