“I didn’t dislike the property relative to the location. I did have to ask for a towel and toilet paper. It didn’t look like the picture, but I had a comfortable stay”

They told me shop will open at 7 AM for mineral water and he would get it but when I came back at 7, he told me the shop is right opposite to hotel and I can buy water from them. “It was great 1 day stay while passing through. 3-star hotel, meet our needs Neighborhood was as expected in UP. If you are first time in India/UP maybe avoid this area. ”

“First thing evening manager said we do not have reservation and later after we showed him reservation details he said we have reservation for one room and later said we have 2 room reservation but gave one room. Next day morning 8 AM he gave 2nd room and we checked out at 10 AM. Hotel charged us for 2 rooms and they provided only one room and no refund. Manager behavior was rude and do not have accountability. Manager said we can cancel the reservation for one room but we did not find option...

“Not for the weak of heart. It is in a residential neighborhood and hardly any parking. No TP in restroom. A handheld hose is provided to wash up. Frequent loss of power for short periods. No outside food is allowed. In room dining from restaurant only. Only 1 shower towel provided. Extremely squeaky bed. Room not cleaned properly as cigarette butt was still there when we checked in. Front desk manager was very accommodating and tried his best to make us comfortable. ”
