“Looked like ownership abandoned the project.”

“Friendly staff, dirty room, dirty elevator.”

“The room was clean. I stayed there for 8 days. Housekeeping only brought in towels, bathroom sink and toilet were never wiped out. The elevator floor and walls were filthy. Air-condition thermostat needed new batteries and it was never changed, my son had to ask for the batteries and put them in himself. Breakfast was not available long enough, we slept in and breakfast was not available by the time we could come down from the room. Parking was good.”

“It was a very beautiful property and the room was large and nicely appointed however when we arrived the manager had turned off the air conditioner in the room. It was really hot. The staff apologized but it was really hot in our room and the air conditioner in the bathroom did not work in the room was big enough that you needed both. The staff gave us a portable fan to use, however it should be policy that the air conditioner is always on in the room when it’s 100° outside”

“We stayed for five nights and were extremely disappointed. The hotel was undergoing loud construction all day, but this was never disclosed before booking. The room would not cool below 80°F, and we had to buy fans just to sleep comfortably. The toilet repeatedly stopped flushing—we had to pour water into it ourselves until it was finally repaired on our last day after reporting it multiple times. The bathroom sink only had hot water. Many advertised amenities were unavailable: no working ice...

“We've stayed at Comfort Inns (and Suites), in the past & this location was perfect as expected. Our only issue was having to wait approximately 15-20 minutes for a desk clerk to arrive. After another customer arrived I foned the motel & and employee arrived advising she'd been cleaning in another area. Amenities including breakfast were great.”

“The air conditioning was out in all the common areas our whole stay, including the gym and breakfast area. The temperature inside the hotel was 86 degrees and miserable. They did not mention this at check in before we could get our money back, which I think is very misleading. The first day, the worker said management won’t allow any fans in the gym. There was no air flow and the thermostats said 87degrees, so there was no way to safely work out. You couldn’t even eat the sad continental...

“Stayed over the evening of a torrential downpour. Checked in late, staff was helpful and easy check in but my card was charged twice for incidentals and a week later had yet to be refunded. Also my room was musty and the AC wasn’t working neat well enough to take the humidity out of the room.”

“The front desk staff was rude, and our shower in the room only hot steeming hot water. Also, there was a leak in the bathroom faucet front that was deteriorating the cabinet.”

“It was a nice place however i had an allergic reaction to the blankets so we could not stay in the hotel. We were told at the front desk they would push a refund through if we got expedia to do so but expedia had no options we could find to refund or call them on the matter. So 400USD wasted. May not use expedia ever again due to this.”

“My hotel room TV would not let me use any streaming apps, when I called the front desk the representative was very rude and unhelpful. Without streaming, the TV only had around 40 channels, so the options for watching were abysmal. I switched hotels after one night.”
