"Nice clean hotel close to old town and train station. Only thing which could be improved was waiting time in reception for check in and check out. The line was not that long but it took about 20 minutes. Felt like receptionist had to make about 300 clicks on the computer for each check in. (So some room for improvement related Check-in IT soliton.)"

"A superbly renovated hotel with top quality rooms, beds, pillows, facilities (remarkable spa/sauna) and a fantastic breakfast. Highest hotel standards. Perfect location. Only comment is that a few of the restaurant staff had a high nose, and single ones were substandard inattentive to guest needs."

"Nice room, with good bed, nice shower, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Please note that many of the rooms face the square where there are several trams that can create disturbing sounds, also early mornings, but I had no problems with that, so it is a question of how sensitive you are to that"
