A very pleasant Stay at the Meluha the Fern
I would really recommend Meluha the Fern for your stay in Mumbai. Being an Eco friendly hotel makes the choice even easier. Staff was doing their outmost to make your stay the best thay can and always did the little extra. ( As prcking up my glasses I forgot on the flight over to India). Always clean and fresh areas. The breakfast leaves some potential for excellent but absolutely above medium with fresh omelettes and Indian local dishes.

Hotel med max 3 stjärnor inte mer.
Vanlig affärsresa. Bokade detta hotellet för att det var centralt i Powai och hotellet hade pool men den fick vi inte använda. Poolen skulle renoveras. Kommer inte att boka denna hotell mer gång. Frukosten var sådär. I omeletten fick jag hårstrå. Det saknades alltid tallrikar.

Rooms vary in size, amenities and quality of finishes so it is important to verify what you are booking for. It is an overall very good choice if one needs to be near the airport or in Powai. The Breakfast buffet at Meluha is very good, gym has good equipment and sauna, staff is generally gracious and the best part about the hotel is walkability and availability of sidewalk in the immediate vicinity of the hotel with a range of shopping and dining.

Excellent property had a great stay with my friends . Had booked 3 rooms with breakfast plan and since we had early morning flight did not realise that we would miss the breakfast which i have heard of meluha is one of the best compared to other star hotels . Special thanks to Manager monty who arranged a nice packed breakfast for me and friends as we left at 0500 am in the morning. Check out was smooth with a smiling farewell to us by Rhea and quick which we did not expect at 0500 am in the hotel. Stayed in many star hotels but never got 5 star service which i got in meluha. The hotel was recommended by my indian friends but i believe we did a good choice Thank you meluha ……….

一部古さを感じる部分はあるが、室内全般として綺麗にリノベされている。朝食バフェの品揃えは多くないが、基本的に何を食べても似通った味付けなので許容範囲。部屋にティッシュの準備がなかったことはマイナス。

I tried to confirm multiple times if handicap accessible room present. Both emajl and phone calls were vague. We arrived middle of night and wheelchair would not fit into bathroom. We were moved to the only accessible room but was too small for additional bed so one person slept on floor. Just beware not a handicap accessible property.

1) We had signed up for a wintergreen room which was not what was allocated to us 2) The staff is more focused on collecting tips vs. actually providing service. Apart from the staff that waited on us during the breakfast buffet service, everyone else was focused on obtaining a quick tip. They should really focus on earning the tip vs demanding it 3) The room that was first provided was subpar and extremely dirty. There was mildew on the button to flush the toilet. The second room wasn't much better. Wifi connectivity was iffy and required multiple reach outs and trying different codes to access. Overall, this was our last stay at Meluha. We were extremely disappointed. This was the hotel where I met my wife and we were very keen on reliving the experience. This really soured us on Fern as a brand overall. Rodas, down the road, and from the same brand, provided way better service. Meluha could learn a thing or two from the team there

-Poor service on arrival-Booked room with breakfast and they would only give without breakfast-Lost 1 hour after 23 hour flight and made to wait in the lobby.Issue rectified next day -Hot water was only Lukewarm -AC thermostat did not work properly, Housekeeping and restaurant Staff were excellent
