Mycket fint hotell i Mumbai
Bodde en vecka på detta mycket fina lugna, rena och fräscha hotell. Bra tillgång till hotellets taxi, såväl som lokala taxis. De allra festa av personalen var väldigt service minded och trevliga. Rekommenderas absolut. Maten på hotellet håller mycket bra klass, västerländska priser dvs. dyrt för att vara i Indien men annars mycket bra.

Excellent hotel but location the poorest
One of the best hotels I visited regarding the level of service. The location is a bit off everything, but for me that attended a conference it was not of importance.

I have two main comments, the first is the pool didn’t look very clean, second is there’s too many flies in the open air zones so it’s important to have a mosquito repellent

Property was good, staff was very nice but the food and service was not that great. We were promised a mini bar in the room but after asking multiple times we still did not get one. The air conditioner in the room was not cooling properly. Overall found it a bit overpriced for the service and facilities we recieved.

The place was great and had great breakfast options. The rooms ( bed) are not compatible for senior citizens or people with mobility issue.

Nice stay
Excellent hotel, lovely location overlooking the Powai lake. Courteous staff. Nice spacious rooms & bathroom , very clean. Huge spread of breakfast , enjoyable food.

disappointing stay.
It was a disappointing stay. We had stayed here previously when it was renaissance, and they had better service, food quality and infrastructure. we had to wait 20 mins in the morning to get into the breakfast buffet, they have shut down their main fratelli restaurant, cramming all the guests into the smaller lake view cafe, where there is not enough room in case the occupancy is high. Also the property need repair, pool is not maintained properly, shower areas were dirty. It took 15 mins to get my car while checking out, overall I wont be staying here again. The food was very so-so, not at all memorable

Hotel was chaotic. There was a large group of IT specialist attending a conference. Restaurant staff were confused at best. No serving of drinks, busing tables was poor. Breakfast was far too busy. Overall service let them down.

Excellent facilities and service. Great to stay
I had a fabulous time in Westin Mumbai. The room, internet, bathroom and all facilities are excellent and 10 out of 10 rating. Just that the Lifts are very slow and the buttons are not working properly and we need to press it multiple times but still it didnt worked. Breakfast is good just that south indian food taste and quality was not so great
