Worth the Splurge!
Our two families of four were delighted to spend our Labor Day weekend on this wonderful property. It was beautiful, had lovely finishing touches right down to the décor and landscaping, extremely clean, plenty of space (essentially two primary bedrooms plus several more), high quality, and all the expected amenities of a premium rental and more! We thoroughly enjoyed playing and relaxing on the property. Meals were easy as well with a kitchen full of cooking gear and utensils. The two highlights of the stay were sitting around the fire table on the huge wrap around porch and the hot tub! Definitely a worthwhile splurge; we can't wait to be back someday with our extended family. Communication with the host was efficient and appreciated. We had all the info we needed well in advance and were politely reminded of trash day as well beforehand.

Munds Park Family Vacation
The location and the cabin were absolutely amazing. In fact, it has inspired me to purchase a similar cabin in this neighborhood or nearby for family trips in the future. That being said, it was very evident that the owners of the property are completely trusting the property management company which seems to be cutting corners. Our master bathroom, and one other bathroom did not have soap or body lotion. Only empty containers or near empty containers from someone else’s use. The candles on display are all burnt out or almost close to it. One of the chairs in the living room is broken when you recline it. The other chair is close to being completely worn out also. The lightbulbs throughout the house are all different colors of white which isn’t a big deal but for the amount of money they’re charging it just seems like something they would care about as it contributes to the ambience of the house. The televisions in some bedrooms had up to five different remotes which made it confusing and almost not worth trying to use them. I suggest the homeowners get a Sonos system with AppleTV and just simplify. Future guests will appreciate this and it’s not that costly. Current system with wires all over the place and multiple remotes is simply outdated. If you want a fire, you better pick up firewood ahead of time and also be prepared to fill up the propane tanks as the instructions require you to fill them up. They do refund with a receipt for the propane tanks.

Mothers day
Had a great time there were only a couple of things that had some miner wear and tear but other than that we really enjoyed the property. and I would highly recommend staying here it's worth it.

Beautiful property!
Well.. our stay was an experience! We picked this property bc my husband has ALS and there was a ramp to get his scooter into the property. We stayed the weekend after a huge snow storm. The ramp was not shoveled and unavailable to use when we arrived, which made it quite tough to help pull/carry him up front stairs into the property. (The kind fire dept brought his scooter into the home for us.) The property managers were prompt in response and had someone out ASAP to shovel this area. The heat did not work on the bottom level and was quite chilly the first night. Again, the property managers were great with communication and showed up with firewood & space heaters for us to make sure we were warm enough for the evening. They were unable to repair the heat during our stay, but once our friends arrived the next few days were great & warm enough at the property. The recliners in the living room need to be replaced as they are worn and unstable. But we made it all work. Lots of space for big groups and it was very comfy/cozy throughout all the rooms. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful time. The house was exactly as advertised. Cleaned and ready upon arrival, check in process very easy. Location is great and very beautiful With 14 of us, this house was perfect and plenty of room KD Adventures was very accessible and amenable. Quick response to any query and they treat you as an individual We would recommend highly !!

Great Property - Exactly as described
This is an excellent property and great choice. It is about an hour away from Sedona. The only thing I found a bit short is they say, if you run out of Propane for the Grill, Fire Table and / or Heater you can fill the tank and get reimbursed, which we had to do. Convenient at the Shell Station about 5 minutes away but seems like they could provide a spare tank to you could switch it out if needed. Just a thought but would still not change my rating.

Excellent family getaway
This is a very high dollar property in an eclectic neighborhood (Munds Park). It is situated in its own cul-de-sac which makes it nice. Not a cheap stay, but it certainly is beautiful. No real complaints or issues, but we had to fill a propane tank our first day there (which meant going 20 miles to Flagstaff), and for some reason the BBQ grill was located out from under the deck which made for interesting cooking during a rain storm (not sure why it was there as the pictures showed the grill under the deck cover). Light switches were interesting (not all labeled so some trial and error) they are the push and hold dimmer type. Lots of room and space (other than two of the water closets). We had a great time — oh, and the spa really made it nice for evening respite. Thanks to the property managers for a good job.

Great vacation cabin, with lots of seating!!
Lake is not really accessible or pleasant. Krolack Way is very narrow, access would be difficult in bad weather. Water closets are small, but clothes closets are huge. Lights throughout are on dimmer switches, just hold down at the top. Overall, house is beautiful, had a great time…

Big house with great wrap around deck
Plenty of Room., deck is the best rain or shine. Fire table for nighttime gatherings. Perfect for our family of 10 to be together but also find quiet spaces. Would book again.

Wonderful Stay!
This was the perfect house for our large family (13) and great location for all the various activities we wanted to do in the area from the Grand Canyon, to Sedona, to Jerome! House was clean, kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishware, etc... All we had to do was add the food! Would definitely recommend this rental to friends headed to the area if they needed this large of a space!

“Wedding Week Wonder”
We stayed at this property as it was close to the wedding venue my daughter was married at. This cabin is Beautiful, comfortable and very Spacious! You feel at home here! This is so impressive. We loved that we could bring our puppy, Sloane, along as she is an important part of our family! While there, she mastered how to successfully use the “stairs!” She no longer has a fear of stairs. 👏🏻 Such a huge milestone for her. Woohoo! Thank you, Prime Properties and to Matt for all your help!

Overall, great house and beautifully setup. Couple of things that were unfortunate- living room tv didn’t work and the patio doors weren’t the most secure- easily fixable. However, it was a great getaway for my husband’s b-day and we will absolutely be back. Also, Ferrin was awesome with her communication in helping us fix things that we inquired about!

Absolutely loved the location in the neighborhood Hot tub was awesome!!!! Did not care for the lighting in the house Very poorly lit in living area and bedrooms Poor supplies in the kitchen ex: mixing bowls Kitchen towels and washcloths Spices No doors to bathroom from bedroom So if someone needs to shower everyone has to leave the whole bedroom Tons of great room outside on deck to visit and eat Loved our time together as a family

This is a beautiful home. Very spacious. The owners pretty much thought of everything. Games for the kids and plenty of places for them to play. A beautiful large patio. The driveway has plenty of room for little ones to ride their bikes and skate board. A wonderful weekend for all.

Great getaway from Phoenix heat
Plenty of space for our family and dog. The backyard was wonderful and perfect for star gazing at night. Kids loved the air hockey table and chess set, and watching hawks catch fish a few minutes away at Lake Odell.

Fantastic Retreat

Excellent!!!!
This property is better than you can imagine. Perfect for families. Lots of room to spread out. Rooms are spacious and kitchen has lots of room to cook and serve food. The outside is even more amazing. Lots of room for family dinners or just sitting and visiting. Yard is perfect for corn hole and games. The lake is just around the corner. Beyond happy with this house. We can’t wait to re-book this home.
