The fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge makes self-catering easy.



The modern bathroom with a level-access glass shower, underfloor heating and heated towel rail offer extra comfort. The largely step-free layout also suits guests with reduced mobility.



A private underground parking space and bicycle parking are included. Wi-Fi, a workspace with printer and a fan are available. A lift runs directly from the underground garage to the apartment. Guests can also use the shared garden.
