Mkt bra hotell. Dock mkt besvikna på att tyskland ff dubbade tv-program. Det var utlovat utländska program men det var BBC eller italienska program. I o f s satt vi inte framför tv:n men ändå. Hotellet mkt bra med restaurang i bottenplan (frukostavdelningen)

Mycket prisvärt trots brister!!
Vi var 6 pers som sov i en trerumslägenhet vid en fotbollsresa. Pentrydelen var mindre än vi trodde så vi kunde göra egen frukost som vi tänkt, ventilationen funkade inte fullt ut, bäddsoffan som två sov i var stenhård, det är väldigt lyhört till korridoren (men väldigt lugnt hotell så ändå inte överdrivet mycket spring) och duschar utan draperier precis bredvid toalettstol gav mycket blöta badrum när 6 personer skulle duscha. MEN läget är helt suveränt, nära till city och tunnelbana mm. och personalen mycket trevliga, bra skött städning och en helt okej frukost på restaurangen (som också hade mycket trevlig personal). Så skicket och bekvämligheten sådär - men service och läge mycket bra! Så prisvärt ändå sammanfattningsvis!

Hotellet ligger vid en trafikerad gata, men rummet var helt tyst - mot innergård där man kunde sitta. Bra pentry med två plattor och kylskåp. Rent och fint. Bra badrum.

Bra lägenhet för en vecka med eget litet kök.
Väldigt bra appartement med induktionshäll, vattenkokare, kylskåp och tvättmaskin. Rymligt rum över gården. Hiss upp till lägenheten utom de sista 5 trappstegen. Restaurang i hotellet. Väldigt centralt beläget med pendeltåg direkt från flyget.

Wonderful location worth all the amendments travelers need (luggage storage, little kitchenette, microwave, washer..). It is also close to old town and walkable to the English Garden. The side street immediate next to the hotel is a bit questionable at night but the main streets are very safe. Overall we enjoyed our stays.

We had paid in advance for this property and we did read that there was no refund if we ca cancelled. Unfortunately we had to cancel as we had a sick family member and could not go to Munich. I reached out to the hotel as did Expedia to see if they would give us a credit or partial credit and the hotel said no. Not a very flexible or customer oriented way to handle business.

Rooms were very cramped and not what was advertised in pictures. We couldn’t open the closet door all the way and no room for bags. I booked a room for 4 people and at checkout he said it was a three person room. Staff office was next to our room and door was open and closed all night long. Very small kitchen and the room smelled musty. We had to plea for a card key. The wifi was terrible and we weren’t able to unlock the room via our phones. On the bright side the location is great, the lobby is nice and they have a cute courtyard.

The hotel is near to the center on a good point. To walk you have around 10-15 minutes to the Marienplatz. The rooms in the hotel was not as good as expected. Noice from other rooms, feels like it is in your room. Persons from the reception and the technical worker (repaired our radiator) was very friendly all the time. The rest was not this way.

This is a good apartment hotel in a great location but the bed arrangement we thought we were getting did not eventuate as we were given three singles instead of a double and a single. Otherwise fine.

The breakfast was very good. Real eggs and good food!! Nothing I didn't like. The man in the reception was extremely nice, friendly and welcoming, and smiled and talked to us every time we walked by. Very nice guy! We will definitively stay at this place again.

People sleepingin our room when arrived!!!!!
We arrived at 10PM and were given a room with PEOPLE SLEEPING INSIDE!!! My 15 and 11 yr old daughters entered the room and there was people in it! After being assigned another room, we had to do our own beds, and even had to ask for bed sheets and pillows for our daughters since this new room had none. We were given the wrong sheets but by 12AM we went to bed the way we could. Next morning talked with staff, who couldn't believe what happened and told us the Manager will be let known and we will be given some sort of compensation. The manager never contacted us, still waiting for it. Compensation --> none. Don't go, they don't offer an acceptable nor even a reliable level of service. Too expensive for what you get, I am sure there will be many better options for the price we paid.

Overall a good place, however management is the weakest part of this property. General Manager is a racist, yelled at me publicly, called me also publicly a bazaar man and I am from Asia with Asian appearance. Calling people with my cultural background a bazaar man is very rude and not nice. It is the same when somebody threw a banana to Dani Alves on the pitch. Most of the staff had a huge ego and took the situation really personally not professionally as if I stayed at their private homes, not in a business. They showed the attitude, etc. However I think this is still management issues, not staff ones as they were not trained well. Some of the staff were just incredibly great with no personal attitude. Breakfasts were really generous though it is the same options every day. If staying more than 3-4 days it is difficult to get something different. Anyway breakfasts are better than in many other hotels around to my opinion. If I wouldn’t meet General Manager who is not professional enough to solve conflict situations (at least not on public) and escalates them on public I would have better impression of this place.
