âA modern hotel with nice rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel is located in the very centre of Schaffhausen and has good breakfast. The only negative was that the room smelled a bit moldy and when I looked into this I found that there was no ventilation at all- only by opening the windows. The service was nice and there is a small (very small) gym. It was easy to park the car just next to the hotel.â

âWe only spent the one night here but this would be perfect place for a longer stay. It has everything you you want. Donât get me wrong itâs still good for a single nights stay. It is spacious, very comfortable furnishings and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and The Falls. We were greeted by the owner on arrival who was full of local information and willingness to help. We would definitely stay here again. â
âNice and clean hotel with very helpful staff. A bit away from city center, but if you have a car then you can easily move around. They have also a locked parking place which is safe. Breakfast ok but coul be more rich.â

âEverything was great, including the nice restaurant on the side of the river. The only issue we had was that Google Maps had wrong information about the main road to the hotel, it considered it non-drivable for some reason, and directed us on a long trip along the right side of the river, which included a portion of unpaved road. So stick to the left side of the river and you'll get there much faster on a paved road than crosses the river right near the hotel.â
