They slowed down to be personal and take interest in or travels and what was most important. They ensured we received the best room possible and the sunset and sun rise over the river was amazing. ”

“Room was clean and had all the things I wanted. However, if you have a west facing room (towards the Red Carpet bar), late at night on the weekends you can hear everyone out and about. Otherwise everything else way great and we didnt hear other patrons in the hotel which is always a plus. ”
