Holiday Home nearby the village

Casa Rea has been transformed from an old rundown house into a luxuriously furnished holiday home, suitable for two people. The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is the bedroom with a double bed (180 cm wide) and an en-suite bathroom. The spacious bathroom has a bubble bath, walk-in shower, sink and toilet. A washing machine is available in the technical room. On the first floor the living room and open kitchen are situated, both with access to the balcony (24 m2). The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher. Furthermore, a coffee machine (Nescafe) and water boiler are available. Through the use of solar panels and a pellet stove for the production of hot water, the nature house is CO2 neutral. This hot water does not only consist of sanitary water, but is also used to heat the house on cold days.
Casa Rea is a non-smoker house and unfortunatly pets are not allowed.
