“The room was clean and comfortable, just outdated. Air conditioning worked great!! The bed was amazing! The staff was not very friendly, We asked for a couple more pillows and was told NO..that they were out of pillows? The front desk, did not have great patience when checking in, and then we got a couple snacks from the snack area (it was amazing and fully stocked) but we stood there for 5 minutes waiting for the lady to acknowledge us to buy the snacks.. So the only down side to the hotel...

“3 day stay and tried to leave after 1 night. never found hot coffee. my room didn't have Wi-Fi, tv didnt work, 60% of the lights didnt work, no shampoo, shower head was barely hanging on, beds sheets dirty. After accepting all the bs, i only cared about the wife as it was a work stay. I felt threatened by the staff for asking. I was never able to get Wi-Fi and asked two days in a row when asking, and recorded for my safety, the manager took the phone from the front desk and went in the office...
