The ground floor includes a spacious living room, a guest toilet, and a kitchen-dining area connected by an atrium with a glass ceiling. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a terrace overlooking the garden.

The house is about a 5-minute walk from Muro’s main square, where you can enjoy the local market every Sunday with fresh Mallorcan products. Nearby, you’ll find supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and a pharmacy.



In Muro, you can admire both charming traditional village houses and typical rustic “fincas” surrounded by the beautiful rural landscapes of the “pla de Mallorca.”



Muro has a sports center with a heated 25 m pool, tennis and paddle courts, which you can access for an extra charge.



The village is in the north of Mallorca, just 40 minutes by car from Palma and the airport. It’s an ideal location for exploring both the north and the island’s interior. Towns like Sa Pobla, Sineu, and Santa Margalida are less than 10 km away, and Pollensa and Alcudia are under 20 km.



The wonderful Playa de Muro, a paradise beach of white sand and turquoise water about 6 km long, is only 8 km from Muro—about 10 minutes by car. At the southern end of the beach is Can Picafort, a tourist area with a wide variety of cafés and restaurants.
