Blue Line Resort is a lovely cabin community located about four miles south of downtown Murphysboro. The grounds are a delight to return to each afternoon, offering a small pond, a dock with built-in benches where you can drop a fishing line, a gazebo with a swing, and a firepit where you can gather for stories and stargazing each evening. Communal laundry facilities are available as well.
Greet each day on your covered front porch, where you can sip your first cup of coffee, breathe in the crisp morning air, and admire the view of the pond. Back inside, you'll have everything you need to prepare breakfast in the kitchenette, including a fridge/freezer, a microwave, an air fryer, and double hot plates.
This cabin is charmingly decorated in a patriotic theme, with Americana adorning the walls, windows, and beds. Spend your evenings streaming movies on the Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom (with your own accounts), playing cards at the windowside dining table, and using the complimentary WiFi to plan tomorrow's excursions.
