We had an amazing stay at this location. The host, Minnie, was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed. The loft space was such a bonus to provide a bit of private space for our two families. They had all amenities required, kids loved playing in the yard, fire pit, and the beach is a short walk. Stunning provincial park beach 7min away.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful large property with close proximity to the beach. Property manager was kind and welcoming, and baked tarts on our arrival. Would recommend!

Wonderful Summer Stay

Wonderful stay at a wonderful place! The house was perfect, full of great amenities, very clean, can’t say enough good things. Minnie was extremely helpful and very responsive. Location was great, quiet and private. Definitely would come back!

Family Vacation

House was immaculate, Greeted by Minnie who was lovely and showed us the property. Very peaceful setting with pretty much everything you need provided. Slightly disappointed in the distance to the beach but nice that I could drive the older members of our party to the beach. The beach is beautiful and nice warm water. Would highly recommend this property for someone looking for a quiet getaway with easy access to most of the island.

Family get-together

Lovely home, clean and comfortable ! The kitchen has everything one needs for at home meals. Short walk down a lane to the beach, and a backyard fire pit to enjoy evening chats around a fire.

Great property

We are 4 male golfers aged 65+ who were on a little golf vacation. This home was perfect for our needs with four bedrooms and a quiet rustic setting. We felt at home immediately and were greeted by Minnie, the property manager. She was friendly, thorough and explained all the ins and outs of the property to us. Her pecan tarts were a welcome treat. Thanks to Gabe and family for allowing us to stay at their lovely house.

A Beautiful Oasis

Amazing private property with incredible attention to detail to make your stay absolutely perfect. Wonderful location for visiting the eastern part of the island that is much quieter and has lots of lovely villages, beaches and adventures. Sunny PEI days

Treasured our time on PEI - our family thoroughly enjoyed having the home as a base of operations. Having the separate loft space for kidlets was ideal. From here we were able to explore the area, some highlights included: Richard’s lobster roll at Brackley Beach, the floating boardwalk at Greenwich, Georgetown offered art shops, bakeries and a playhouse for local theatre. Montague was close by for groceries and delicious baked goods. Back at the house we spent quiet afternoons beach combing during low tide for treasures. Minnie is a gem.

Notre sĂ©jour Ă  l’Ile-du-Prince-Édouard

Maison et son environnement parfait pour relaxer et rĂ©unir la famille, nous avons adorĂ© notre sĂ©jour. Vous avez besoin d’un appareil, d’un jeu, etc, tout y est, c’est rempli de belles attentions. MalgrĂ© la pluie nous avons eu un sĂ©jour trĂšs trĂšs agrĂ©able et retournons la tĂȘte pleine de beaux souvenirs. Merci Ă  nos hĂŽtes et Ă  la charmante Minnie qui s’occupe de nous.

Friends reunion

This property is amazing. Huge property with private beach . Inside the house every thing looks amazing. Comfortable beds. Beautiful Cottage for Smaller Groups

A very clean and private retreat with an amazing yard to stretch out in. Bedrooms were large and the finishes were well done. A smaller living room and the lack of open concept makes this more suitable to smaller groups. (ie less than 6) . The beach was private but thickly covered in seaweed which did attract a lot of bugs so not really suitable for sunbathers and swimmers. Minnie was an excellent host and provided some goodies to welcome our stay. Gabe always had excellent communication swith us. We had a good time. Thanks!

Great hospitality

All throughout the reservation and pre arrival and check in process, Gabe was very responsive. Minnie met us at the house and provided homemade butter tarts. She was lovely. The property was beautiful as well as the inside. The house was extremely clean and everything was provided. The private beach was a treat. The mosquitos were the only drawback but what can you do when you are in the country? All in all, a great experience. Thanks so much Gabe!

Great stay

Nice property with all the amenities needed. 20 minutes from all the services (Montague) and about 50 minutes to downtown Charlottetown. Minnie, the manager of the house, was welcoming and gave us some treats ! The beach is about a 5-7 minute walk in the “backyard” and a beautiful public beach about 10km from the house (Panmure Beach). I would stay there again!

Fabulous Home and Hosts

6 adults (50+) stayed for 4 nights - June 25-29, 2022 I was in contact with Gabe, the owner, several times before our trip. Each time, he was very prompt to respond, kind, and informative . He even provided us with a list of suggestions of things to do and places to eat while staying in PEI. When we arrived, we were met by Minnie who was lovely and gave us a quick, yet detailed tour of the house and grounds. (She also had baked us a delicious banana bread!! So hospitable of her!! :-) The house was as the pictures show - beautiful and very clean. The linens were a good quality, the beds quite comfortable, and there were plenty of nice fluffy towels to go around. The kitchen has everything you could need for 12 people!!! There were also some basic spices and sauces in the cupboard for our use. We were all very comfortable during our time there - as long as we were indoors. Sadly, we were unable to use the backyard fire pit or beach because of the mosquitos. Those terrible mosquitos. Even OFF didn't do the trick. But the views of the vast front and back yards were lovely to look at. ;-) The air conditioners and fans they had were quite sufficient for both keeping us cool during the day, and comfortable for sleeping. Just an FYI that the 2nd (3 piece) full bathroom is in the loft - which by the way - is lovely. The main house has 1 main floor 3 piece bathroom, and a second floor 2 piece bathroom. Laundry facilities are easily accessible and were very handy. You're somewhat in the countryside - so you've got a bit of a drive to get into town. But if you're looking for privacy and space to gather and wander - you're getting it here. We loved our stay and absolutely would recommend this home ! Great place. Walking distance to great beach.

10 of us stayed at the house for a week. The short walk to our private beach was great. We enjoyed the fire pit many nights with the great supply of wood. The house was supplied with everything we needed. The only thing to make it better would be to have a a/c unit in all rooms.
