âWe had a fantastic stay. The hotel was full of character being a Listed Building and The Manager, Tony, gave us a wonderful guided tour of all 15 the bedrooms and the spa in the cellar (which was beautiful). Dinner was absolutely amazing - plus one of the best Full English breakfasts I've ever tasted. The bed was super-comfortable and the bedroom was huge, spacious and beautifully decorated - no two bedrooms were the same - which added to the charm of the hotel. Lovely lounge and fantastic bar...

The room I was staying in looked tired and requires an upgrade but before leaving Donna was kind enough to show me other rooms including the 3 rooms in the Manor House. I liked the executive suites and that will be my choice at my next visit.
All the staff were professional and pulled out all the stops to make my stay comfortable.

âFriendly place and lovely setting. A good location for us. Food was gorgeous and really reasonable. Lovely breakfast. Staff were really helpful and chatty. Great value for money!
Only down side was there was no lift. Stairs a little steep - I travelled with my mum who is in her 80âs and she found the stairs a little hard. â

Luckily the hotel had an option to pay a fee at the reception. Tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.â
âNice venue with a good restaurant. Small rooms but nice common spaces. Some corridors suffer from a strong smell of damp. Lack of car charging facilities is below expectations in 2022.â
âWe stayed three nights for the ELMS race weekend. Certainly not cheap but it was a birthday treat. Staff were perfect and sent a car to pick us up anywhere on the track was a bonus.
Apartment was fabulous and had all amenities, fridge, microwave, balcony, car parking port.

"For the purpose, staying relatively cheaply and use it as a base for day trips (by car outside Luton), the hotel was sufficient (clean and OK breakfast). However, we feel that Hotels.com stated several things that were not correct: 1) The room did not have AC (possibly temporarily broken), 2) the room was not cleaned during the stay (4 days) and 3) parking was not included in the room but there were about 20 spaces in about 150 rooms (however, the hotel solved this by allowing us to park next to the reception."
