The standards are not aligned with a five star hotel, few towels in the bathroom, there are no toothbrush, toothpaste, sufficient shower gel and shampoo, shoe cleaner, ear cleaning sticks, etc. for use by customers; there are no bathrobes.

The Hotel is good the rooms are nice and spacious, Only problem is that the internet is very very slow! The slow internet speed was also felt by all residents I spoke to at the hotel. The mattress although thick is quite soft which for me caused discomfort/ back pain. Not sure if it’s worn out or designed like that but I believe more worn out than design.

I had a wonderful first visit to Oman while staying at the Grand Millenium. The staff was gracious and responsive, helping me to arrange a trip to Wadi Shab on short notice.

The bathtub sink wasn’t working properly as it supposed to be, and when I asked the staff they told me all rooms with this plan got the same issue, we got another room which was suite, but no body told us there was access to their lounge only after checking out.

LE POSITIF: L'accès direct au mall et la proximité de l'aéroport sont des plus indéniables. La chambre est équipée d'une bouilloire, machine à café et réfrigérateur. Deux bouteilles d'eau offertes chaque jour. C'est propre.L'accès à la piscine et au sauna inclus dans les chambres du 6 ème étage (les autres je ne sais pas) Grande salle de bain (baignoire et douche) et produits d'hygiène qualitatifs fournis; chambre bien aménagée TV avec une seule chaînes française main on n'est pas ici pour la TV :) Grand parking sous-terrain gratuit PAR CONTRE : Chambre 618 et il y avait une horrible odeur d'humidité et de moisi prenant à la gorge dès l'entrée dans la chambre c'est intolérable dans un 5 étoiles surtout que nous avons payé un surplus de 166 euros pour avoir une chambre à un seul lit pour deux et le check in plus tôt. On ne peut pas aérer: les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas (il y a un sérieux problème de ventilation et d'humidité : les vêtements étaient même un peu humides). Pas de sèche cheveux et celui prêté ne se branchait pas dans la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner buffet horriblement cher environ 60 € jour pour 2, alors que dans le Mall nous avons eu un excellent petit déjeuner à environ 20€ pour 2. Pas écologique : enormes climatiseurs sur la terrasse pour rafraichir (si on n'aime pas la chaleur on ne vient pas à Oman :).De l'hotel obligés de prendre un taxi (cher) ou de louer voiture (moins cher) pour aller où que ce soit.

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement plutôt central, l’accès au parking, la taille et propreté des chambres. En revanche, la nourriture laissait énormément à désirer: tous les buffets (petit déjeuner et dîners) étaient froids, la nourriture est quelconque et il n’y avait aucune autre option pour déjeuner/dîner. Pour un 5 étoiles, ça ne me semble pas à la hauteur.

I Like the property very much, I also liked the room we had. We also like the fact that it was connected to the Mall, that's very convenient. Me ad my wife will think about going back one day. But there were a few things we didn't particularly like. The first was having to pay for everything up front like the massage, the food, etc.... Its a little bit insulting. I'm not sure if its just how its done in Muscat, or the way the Grand Millennium does it, but we don't want to have to carry credit cards or money every were we go through out the hotel. We should be able to pay for everything at the very end. Then I prepaid for the breakfast for me and my family and when I got there I was asked to pay. I again was a bit insulted, but didn't let it bother me too much. I then made a few calls and got it fixed. The last thing I want to bring up was the over priced taxi drivers that I think pray on the hotel guest. I truly hope this is NOT condoned by the hotel because its really a turn off for future guest. the don't even have meters running, they just give you a random price that's really high. We spent $90USD equivalent for 2, 12 min taxi rides.

Our location is indeed very convenient, with direct access to the Muscat Grand Mall via the Sky Bridge and close to the other Shopping complex, the Oman Avenues Mall, and the newly opened mall of Oman. Please be informed that guests have to pay the hotel room charges upon check-in and any item or service ordered/consumed during your stay can be charged to the room since the payment can be done upon check-out. Our front office team has to make a pre-authorization on your credit card upon arrival, which only blocks a certain amount on your card, the amount is then charged only with your presence & approval; I extend an apology if that information from our team members was missed. We have noted your other comment and appreciate it very much, we apologize for the inconvenience you have had. I reached to the hotel and they could not find my reservation, I called Expeida 3 times and they told me they will contact the hotel reservation to forward the reservation, I paid throw u 316 usd and when I reach to the hotel I paid as well cause they did not get the confirmation from Expeida so I would like u to refund the amount that I paid or give the hotel the amount and they will refund me the. I would like to request a call from Expedia please so we could solve the issue. Thank you

Superbe customer service. I arrived way early for the check-in time but the man at the reception had a room ready and checked me in. I also received breakfast free of charge. This experience made my vacation even more enjoyable.
