âI booked for 3 nights. When I went back to the hotel for the second night, the staff took my things from room 309 without my permission. Staff put my things on the IKEA shopping cart. I get really pissed off at them and demand to be paid in full for the 3 nights. Otherwise I will call the police. They say I have asked to change rooms.
