âThe location was perfect. On "ground" level of the city. Walkable to all the shopping and sites but in a much nicer, calmer location. The hotel was very fun and unique being built within the rock wall. It made for narrow, tight stairs going up to your room though. Would not recommend with mobility issues. The room was large with a walk in shower which for 2 people would be fine we were a family of 4 (2 kids) and it was tight for sleeping a few nights. More shelving in the bathroom would have...

âI recently stayed there for a weekend in April, which was very nice.
When I arrived, the hotel was even better than I imagined for the pictures I saw online. It was so very nice, and spacious room with a classic look, just impressively appealing. A nice little hotel they only had eight rooms but they were fabulous rooms with painted birds on wooden doors and plenty of room for everything you would need.

"When I checked out, no one asked me how my stay was. First night at 23:00, children were screaming on the floor above me. When I called the reception, there weren't much willingness to help. The second night, also after 23:00, children screaming and dog barking very loud. It was not a toddler showing hunger, these were screams of tears from someone a bit older.
The hotel also (forgot?!?) to clean my room and replace clean towels as well as not turndown service, no communication at all.
These experiences are perhaps not the end of the world, but I was surprised and disappointed. I returned because I was so pleased with my last stay 6 months earlier. Perhaps I will try another hotel on my next trip to Luxembourg."
