“The property is small but beautiful, very clean and tidy, quiet. Close to restaurants, but no restaurant on the premises. The host gave me a lot of information about what to explore and enjoy. The lady who works there is very kind and helpful and I felt that she became my friend. Close to bus stops and train station. Nice roof terrace. Very basic breakfast. Happy happy happy BUT there’s no beach in sight ”

“We had a delightful stay at this beautiful facility while we visited Agrigento. The location is conveniently right in the middle of the main strip with historical buildings, shopping and restaurants in all four directions. The rooms were spacious, clean and well furnished. Communications were exemplary, from clear directions for parking and arriving, to an array of information on local activities. Overall, an excellent stay worth revisiting.”

“This is a great place to stay with excellent service and comfort. What makes it exceptional is how close it is to the Valley of Temples; Walk out of the hotel garden and you are already in the archeological area, with less than a 5 minute walk to the closest temple. Amazing! No need to think of where to park, no standing in line to get tickets and if you are lucky you get a room with a fabulous temple view!”

“Host was most helpful. Despite not booking 24 hours before arriving our booking was accepted. Room with ensuite bathroom was large. Coffee, tea and water were provided. Host helped select transport by bus to our next stop. Guidance for visiting the town and restaurants was provided. We really enjoyed our stay with our welcoming host.”

“Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Hype We were really disappointed with our stay at this hotel in Arizanto. The photos on thehotel.com were misleading – they showed rooms with beautiful views, but in reality, not all rooms have that. Ours had no view at all, which was already a letdown. “Gångavstånd till centrum och lätt att parkera! Vi kunde även checka in sent på natten då vårt plan var försenat och personalen var väldigt hjälpsam! Sovrummet var fräscht och härligt och stort badrum, dock var toalettsitsen lite lös och badkaret lite gammalt men ingenting som var ett problem. En bra vistelse och väldigt värt pengarna!”

Its a bit of a walk to get up or down the hill to the town or the ruins in the heat of day. Street parking was free and fairly attainable. “Aurelio treated us like family he is an amazing person and host he made reservations for us at this amazing restaurant the food was beyond excellent he drove us in his personal vehicle to the valley of the temples and made sure i had contact information for a taxi service to return to the villa i would recommend this beautiful place to anyone traveling to Agrigento!
