“Great location and friendly staff”

“The hotel is very clean and modern, service was great- Jesus who showed us to our room was great. The room was spacious and very modern with great amenities. Free shuttle is available to and from airport which is a great perk. Location was great walkable to many parts of the town. My only drawbacks is that the pool was not that heated, Jacuzzi temperature was not that warm and after informing the spa reception nothing was done. The sauna and steam were also not working, for a hotel of this...

“Good neighborhood within reasonable walking distance to Museums etc. Beatriz made it feel very much like home and was a gong of information on what to do and where to go. Very nice breakfast daily.”

“Great beautiful property with terrace looking to Monserrate, sauna, and running fireplace (a bit too warm to run in Nov for me personally haha) Dreamer organises tours you can join. Has own bar and restaurant. Free drinking water. Bathroom included toiletries Great staff and security. Good size lockers. FYIs Room not soundproofed so light sleepers be prepared. The area felt safe in the day but it's still Bogotá so I was warned about being out too late at night. ”

“Staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and amazing. Everyone was very kind. Its situated perfectly in La Candelaria area for easy walking. ”

“Alguns quartos sao super barulhentos, devido as escadas serem antigas e ter um rooftop com drinks ate meia noite, mas eu pedi para trocar de quarto e os atendentes me ajudaram com tudo, foram atenciosos e prestativos. ”

“Nice room, English speaking staff (not common in Colombia), close to Museo del Oro and old town. Excellent value for money. Insulation against noise from neighbours and the street not the best. ”

“Kanonhotell! Personligt och samtidigt mycket professionellt drivet. Mycket vackert rum, bekväma sängar, väldigt tyst!! Säkerhetsmässigt låg hotellet tillräckligt nära trafikerade, befolkade områden för att inte vara något problem. Enda lilla invändningen jag kan hitta var att det var kallt första kvällen, detta åtgärdades dock skyndsamt så fort vi hade påpekat det.”

“A mejorar las puertas de las habitaciones son muy delgadas se escucha todo lo que pasa en el pasillo.”

“Personalen var supertrevliga och läget super bra. Men det var extremt lyhörd, man kunde höra allt från rummet bredvid och all ljud från gatan. Glad att jag hade mina lurar annars hade jag inte kunnat sova alls. ”
